Swat Wildlife and Insulation

We've used SWAT twice before and we were quite pleased. First instance they helped investigate a squirrel issue we had in the roof. They explained exactly what the issue was, how they were getting in, the plan for remediation (1-way exit spots), costs, and warranty up front. They even offered a referral discount when we had our neighbour do the same work. They were kind, courteous and efficient in getting the job done. The second time we asked them to investigate a possible mouse issue. They investigated all areas all the while providing us with information on what to look out for. They set up traps and explained the warranty process. Overall this company is a pleasure to work with and they are confident in their work.
