I am pleased with their service from start to finish. I visited their showroom and was immediately greeted by Chris who gave me all the info I needed along with a quote. That same day a rep came to my house to measure. 3 weeks later my door was installed by Ryan who did an excellent job. No complaints and I would definitely use them again.

A few of our garage door hinges snapped unexpectedly over the weekend and put our garage door out of service. I had concerns that the garage door panels had warped and would need to be replaced. Fortunately, Chris answered my call and said he would send someone over to try to repair the hinges and we could determine at a later date if we felt the door needed to be replaced. Louis gave me a follow up call shortly after to let me know that he was sending Ryan over. Ryan arrived on time and was able to replace all the broken hinges and helped lubricate all the other moving parts. We are very happy to have found them and would definitely not hesitate to call them again for any future garage door issues. Thank you again for your quick service!

Called on the Saturday before Christmas, needed service on my garage door. Kevin was so kind, he didn't have anyone to send out before Monday, gave me the name of other reputable companies close to home to see if they could help. He told me exactly what was needed, what to ask for and how much to pay. The other companies were not available, I called back and booked with Markham Garage Doors. I was so impressed with how honest they were. Ryan came to my house first thing on Monday, got the job done. Thank you Ryan and Kevin.

Send an email during the weekend and I got a call Monday morning, booked an appointment for Tuesday 8:30 AM everything was done by 10 o’clock. Very good service was able to replace the broken part for the garage door opener. He cleaned/ tuned up and lube bushings on both doors.

Garage door spring broke. Called Markham Garage Doors. They provided excellent service starting from the initial phone call to the prompt service. Avery came earlier than the appointed time which I appreciated. Replaced the broken spring and provided great advice and answers to my questions. A very good service provider.

Ernie went above and beyond to fix all the issues with my aging garage door, starting with reattaching the opener to the rafters, replacing all the rollers and fixing the light. The door works better now than it has in years. Thanks for a quick, thorough job.

Fantastic Job!! I recently bought 3 doors from Markham Garage Doors and also had them do the capping. I dealt with one of the owners Kevin, and he was excellent. He answered all of my questions and came to see me a few times to make sure I was confident about what I was getting. The service and followup was far superior than the other companies. There was NO pressure at all, which I really appreciated. They didn't try to oversell me and they showed me samples of the doors so I knew what the colour options were. Ryan installed the doors quickly and reconnected the garage door openers I already had and adjusted them to make sure that they closed properly. He did a great job. John then came to do the capping and also did a great job. The prices were comparable and the work quality and service was terrific. Andrea and Kimberly were also very friendly when they arranged the installation dates and payment. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Had cables break on our garage door, and came to Homestars to search for a company to fix it. Got a hold of staff in the morning, and by 3pm, my garage door was fixed. Cables and springs replaced quickly and efficiently. The service technician who came to my house was extremely professional.
