After one of our garage openers broke we contacted the company that originally installed the whole garage door opening assembly. Without seeing what the problem was we were given a few costly estimates for replacing the entire lifting mechanism. Subsequently we contacted Markham Garage Door because of their 5* Home Star ratings. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem (sheared chain sprocket). The repair took about one hour and the price was very reasonable.
