Saw these reviews on Homestars.com ... so I decided to call up Reliable home comfort, made the appointment and Dave came by on Sat. Great Great Great Service ... Thanks Dave. I would recommend to anyone

My air conditioning was running full bore, but nothing much was happening. The floor vents were all but completely still. I called reliable and they put me on to Dave who made a couple of suggestions for me to try until he could come over. They were spot on. When he came over he checked and explained everything. He was great. All working now and next time I need service of any kind on my furnace or A/C, no question I will call Reliable.

I called Reliable home comfort at 7pm and a representative showed up within a hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem and helped us stay cool when the sun got hot. Very satisfied with the service Found the representative to be polite and courteous

Our a/c quit on the hottest day of the year. We called another company who told us the repair would cost at least $1000 and they recommended that we get a new furnace to the tune of $3000. We called Rob and Jamie at Reliable initially to have them put in a new furnace; when they got here they restored the a/c almost immediately and fixed the furnace for a fraction of the cost. They were very sensitive to our plight and helped us out immediately. They also offered to deduct the cost of this repair from the price of a new furnace if and when we need one. These guys are awesome! Highly recommended.

My Trane central AC stopped working and there was a buzzing noise coming from the unit. I called Reliable and they sent a technician Dave the same day. He was quick to diagnose that the unit needed a new blower motor. They ordered the motor and it came in 2 days. He notified me a day before it arrived that he would come install the motor when he picked it up. He came as promised when the new motor arrived and installed it promptly. Dave is very easy to talk to and has a good sense of humor. I highly recommend him and the price was very fair.

Exceptional service!

We had a near fire at our house which required the replacement of our main furnace and both of our Ar Conditioners. They were very responsive and came out for the final quote on a Sunday and told us they could do the installation on Wednesday and Thursday. They showed up on time and completed the work on the Wednesday.

The owners of this business are truly exceptional service oriented people - Dave and Rob. They know their trade and are incredible at customer service.

Our AC unit stopped working. After asking a few companies for the cost and wait time to get a repair estimate, we chose Reliable. Rob was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly. He was honest, caring and professional and we would not hesitate to recommend him.

Shopped around a lot for a new A/C. Lot of flyers and people coming door to door trying to get business in new development. Everyone seems to offer the same product, with prices all in the same range. The most important thing is the install. If it is not installed properly, you will have problems! Read great reviews on HomeStars about Reliable. It took a while to get a quote because of scheduling, but I realized they were putting off install quotes to deal with existing customers, and I respect that. That shows me that if I were ever to have a problem, they would make me a priority. The work was carried out efficiently, very little mess afterwards, and they even worked around my busy schedule when the weather did not cooperate for the initial install date. Warranty is fantastic as well, better than other installers placing the exact same unit. Very helpful when it came to getting my rebate as well. Rob, Jaime, Darryl and Dave did a fantastic job. I have already referred them to my sister-in-law, and their install went well also.

We needed service on our a/c and furnace. The technician (Dave) called us the same day. He was very informative, honest and took the time to make sure we fully understood our problem and our options. The best service technician.
