With heavy downpours we started to have a leaky roof. Our roof is barely 10 years old. Ben Took a quick look and told me that we needed to add some caulking around our exhaust vents, main stack and chimney flashing. He was near certain that this would fix the problem. We have since had some very heavy downpours and the leak has completely stopped. Dave teare is a great sales rep who made sure that we got exactly what we wanted; from customizing our new windows to allow for our existing shutters to using premium caulking. The staff are highly trained professionals who had an interest in making us satisfied. Overall a great job with great friendly service. We gladly would recommend this company.

Patrick came to give us an estimate on refinishing some sections of our home. He was very kind and honest. He suggested that it is not worth it to refinish, as the problem would return in just a few years. He suggested it is better to wait a few years and perhaps replace the floors.
