Old windows were replaced and new ones installed in one day as promised. Cost was as agreed upon with no surprises. Lot's of care taken with properly sealing the windows against water ingress. Appreciated the heavy-duty vinyl used for the window frames because it made the product feel very sturdy and reliable. All windows slid open and shut smoothly with no binding or resistance.
Lower floor windows came with full features like automatic latching and keyed locking mechanisms as requested for security. Good job all around.

After seeing an ad in the newspaper I gave House Smart a call, we were visited by Bonita who showed us the different styles of windows. She was very friendly. The team that came to do our windows arrived on time and did an excellent job. I was impressed by their clean up. Would definitely recommend this company to family and friends

We had our windows and patio door replaced about 5 years ago. This past winter, I noticed one of the window panel developed water condensation in between the two glass panels. I contacted House Smart and was asked to send over some pictures. Very soon after I emailed the pictures, I received a phone call telling me they had order the replacement panel. Within the promised time frame, two installation staff came and finished the job. Very smooth process. I am 100% satisfied. So glad I chose the House Smart back then.

We had a new front door and 15 new windows replaced by House Smart. The job was completed on time with no problems or issues. The crew were very professional and organised. Everything was done to our satisfaction. We did a walk through with the crew head at the end, and he answered all our questions. He also stressed that if any issues arose, they would respond promptly, as they take warranties seriously. We were very pleased with the job.

We had you install windows in our previous home in 2088 & 2009 and were completely satisfied so when we moved we decided to have you install them in our new house. We had all the confidence in the world that we would be completely happy and we sure are. The workers were business-like and, at the same time, friendly. I was impressed by the way they worked which they did as a team. Each person seemed to know their job and went about doing it with no noticeable prompting. One of the installers took the time to show me why the old windows were not doing the job we wanted. I watched how the news ones were sealed and this gave me even more confidence that we had called the right company. We noticed a different "climate" in the house right away. Not only that but we feel the price was reasonable. We have 5 more to install next year and House Smart will certainly be the ones to do it.

We had all of our windows replaced as well as our slider and front door. We had one door & one window removed and closed in. We also had a new bathroom fan installed. We were very impressed with the service from the beginning to the end. Professional, courteous, and efficient. They booked us for two days but had the job done, and done well, in one day. One screen was missing but when we phoned about it they were right on top of it and it showed up and was installed a few days later. A very positive experience, rare these days with any kind of contractor. We'd recommend them in a heart beat.

Worst experience ever. This company has been beyond frustrating to deal with. The windows are a good product, but we had terrible service and mistake after mistake was made so our window install did not get finished for 6 months. Our big front window was missing pieces on the order, then the second window arrived and was the wrong size, finally got it right 3rd try. Also damage done to hardwood floor and shrubbery outside. Nightmare. We have had our home completely renovated inside and out and we have had every trades person imaginable here - we have never had a problem .... until dealing with House Smart. Would never recommend using this company.

A team of 4 friendly knowledgeable staff came in one day to install my kitchen windows & French doors onto my new deck. The job was completed quickly, professionally and with no mess or clean up by myself afterwards. They did it all & I will call them back for future projects.

Five original single glazed aluminum framed windows on North side in unfinished basement condensed water on frames and glass in winter months leaving pools of water on sill and mould growing. They were replaced with Atrium-Prime 9000 series almond coloured vinyl framed double glazed flush fin sealed units with 25 year transferable warrantee. Result-- no condensation on frames, or glass, crystal clear glass, and warmer inside. Crew was professional including placing drop sheets inside and outside tho catch the aluminum saw filings which would cling to anything if not contained. Crew was fast-- four hours including inside trim back to inside stud wall on four windows. Complete removal of old windows from site such that there was no trace of them ever being there except for the beautiful outside appearance of the new ones.
