I was impressed that the person who installed the water heater, Andrew, took extra care to talk very clearly to my hard-of-hearing mother about the installation. The install took most of the day. I was surprised that he didnt have a partner to help him with removing and installing such a large appliance. Andrew worked very hard.

Donny was very professional. He explained the process in detail and so that I could understand. Once part was obtained and installed my furnace was working. I am impressed with Donny's knowledge and well meaning manner. Winnipeg Supply shall be my go to furnace/AC service from now on.

I was very pleased with my service technician Huong today. Diagnosed a problem we were having very quickly. He was very personable, polite, but above all knowledgeable and that was quite obvious as he answered many of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. I have been with Winnipeg Supply for about a decade, but he has by far left the best impression on me. Keep him around!

The assigned plumber, Diego, was professional, prompt and efficient. He arrived at the appointed time and took extra care to ensure that the underlying circumstances would not affect the future operations of the newly installed sump pump. We are very pleased with the company and would recommend their services to anyone.

Long story short, don't sign a rental agreement, as the commitment to regular service was not honored. They refused to do an annual maintenance call as specified by the manufacturer, and as they themselves promote on their website. So I had to buy the contract out and pay for my own maintenance call, or face warranty being invalidated.
Their buy out price after one year of rental was 98% of the original amount. Ridiculous.
That being said, the installation was very well done, furnace and hwt working well so far.

I was very pleased with the professionalism and friendly service shown by the 2 installers Marc and James. They were more than willing to explain what they did and to answer any questions . I highly recommend them and their service.

My furnace stopped working properly and had a guy come out to check it out and opened the furnace door pulled out a tube said it was clogged with dirt and just brushed it out. He was literally on site for like less than 10 mins and told me it would be $90 just for that. I paid all in all $250.... to me that’s over priced and would not recommend this place I can get cheaper and probably better longer service.

The Service Experts Ian and Deran came and replaced my old furnace with a new one. They were very professional, tidy, organized, polite. The two of them worked very well together. They were very conscientious of our floors and made sure we knew what they were doing at all times. It was a pleasure working with Winnipeg Supply.
