It had been years since the ducts were cleaned. Todd explained everything before starting the work, followed all COVID protocols and cleaned up properly after the work. I will definitely use them again in future.

I have referred Todd over the years to over 5 people. Todd is professional, skilled/knowledgeable, and thorough. I had a repeated issue with my dryer duct that blew my last brand new dryer after 2 years. He solved the problem and saved me $$$. For my regular service, he does the dryer vent, central vac, major washroom vents (if needed), air ducts, air exchanger, and furnace check up. He was also able to find the cause of water dripping into my air exchanger. Todd came in and dug right into the work. The home I was moving into had terrible upkeep, so I felt it needed a some duct cleaning. Lo and behold, the ducts and vents were terrible and Todd went right in and cleaned all the debris and debris from the vents, returns, dryer vent, and bathroom vent.

Gone were the decades old coloured-dust.

We are new homeowners and new to Ozone Duct Cleaning. We were very pleased to have cleaned the ducts when we did (we could hear the debris being sucked up)! Todd is an excellent communicator, detail-oriented in his work and careful around the home. He was patient and full of helpful, expert advice for our furnace and the other appliances we decided to clean as well (dryer vent, HVAC humidifier, bathroom vent).

It all took around 3.5 hours. Todd advised us ahead of time that the process would be loud. We were thankful for the heads up. The process is quite loud (not so bad inside) but just so you know, it's pretty loud outside. We were able to pick a time that was least disruptive for our work from home situation. Todd also offered to assist us if we had any maintenance questions down the road. We are glad we found Ozone Duct Cleaning and look forward to using Todd's services in the future.

My husband and I bought a new home in East York, that had probably never had duct cleaning. We booked Ozone duct cleaning for the day after move-in, and Todd did an absolute amazing job cleaning the ducts, sanitizing and making our space feel closer to our own home. Todd was a little late but good about notifying me why/when he would arrive. Previous job took longer then expected. He arrived masked/gloved which I truly appreciated. Todd requested I show him all the heat vents/cold air return. He asked his questions/answered mine clearly, then was hard at work for the next 4 hours cleaning the duct work. Have had other duct cleaners to my home and Todd showed me all the stuff they had missed which I found totally disgusting. Cleaned up the areas that he worked in completely and even offered to move anything back if I needed his help. He treated my home with total respect. Very professional and gives great customer service. Excellent people skills which are hard to find these days. Ozone is the ultimate professional businessman. He did what he said he would do& took the time to explain why it should be done. He was clean & neat as well as being on schedule. He kept us advised if he was going to be late. He quickly responded to requests afterwards & even came back late in the evening to rectify a problem ; he did not ignore us as many would have after finishing the job. I first called Todd from Ozone Duct Cleaning to come in when I moved into my house. When I turned on my air conditioning there was a terrible smell and I would get an intense headache. After he came in and cleaned the ducts, the smell was gone, I no longer got headaches and was able to use my air conditioning. I found Todd to be very respectful, knowledgeable and thorough in his work. I appreciate how he treats my house as if it were his own and how he goes over and beyond the scope of his duties (e.g., he informed me that one of my heating grates was rusting).
