Duct, dryer, HVAC humidifier, bathroom fan cleaning
We are new homeowners and new to Ozone Duct Cleaning. We were very pleased to have cleaned the ducts when we did (we could hear the debris being sucked up)! Todd is an excellent communicator, detail-oriented in his work and careful around the home. He was patient and full of helpful, expert advice for our furnace and the other appliances we decided to clean as well (dryer vent, HVAC humidifier, bathroom vent).
It all took around 3.5 hours. Todd advised us ahead of time that the process would be loud. We were thankful for the heads up. The process is quite loud (not so bad inside) but just so you know, it's pretty loud outside. We were able to pick a time that was least disruptive for our work from home situation. Todd also offered to assist us if we had any maintenance questions down the road. We are glad we found Ozone Duct Cleaning and look forward to using Todd's services in the future.
