Ozone is the ultimate professional businessman. He did what he said he would do& took the time to explain why it should be done. He was clean & neat as well as being on schedule. He kept us advised if he was going to be late. He quickly responded to requests afterwards & even came back late in the evening to rectify a problem ; he did not ignore us as many would have after finishing the job.
