We have had very positive experiences with The Handy Force over the past couple of years. Norm does great work, He is very professional, conscientious, and tidies up afterwards. He has regrouted our shower floor and replaced a section of our soffit that was sagging. We appreciate knowing we can turn to them for jobs that can be assessed with a third eye and done way more efficiently and properly than if we tried to DIY it ourselves! (Estimate is a total for both jobs)

As new homeowners with a few questions about the state of our plumbing system, shut off valves and figuring out whether we needed any urgent servicing, we are very glad we called Advanced Plumbing. From initial contact to set up a time (which happened to be same day due to cancellation) to the technician, the service was excellent and professional. Andrei walked through our home, answering all of our questions with detailed knowledge and advice. We know what to look for over time and we will definitely call this company again if and when we need plumbing help! Thank you!

We are new homeowners and new to Ozone Duct Cleaning. We were very pleased to have cleaned the ducts when we did (we could hear the debris being sucked up)! Todd is an excellent communicator, detail-oriented in his work and careful around the home. He was patient and full of helpful, expert advice for our furnace and the other appliances we decided to clean as well (dryer vent, HVAC humidifier, bathroom vent). It all took around 3.5 hours. Todd advised us ahead of time that the process would be loud. We were thankful for the heads up. The process is quite loud (not so bad inside) but just so you know, it's pretty loud outside. We were able to pick a time that was least disruptive for our work from home situation. Todd also offered to assist us if we had any maintenance questions down the road. We are glad we found Ozone Duct Cleaning and look forward to using Todd's services in the future.

This is our first roof replacement and spoke to a few contractors. Our roof was near the end of its' design life. Oleg was professional and provided a fair base quote and top up costs for the additional eavestrough replacements and Leaf Guard we wanted with a detailed and signed estimate. We also wanted to try Cool Roof material (TPO) to reduce our A/C needs and mitigate the urban heat island effect. Best Flat Roof/Oleg knew exactly what we wanted. They had good quality materials. Denys and his professional crew did a a very neat, "beautiful" job and we appreciated Denys' attention to detail. Done in two days (!) Denys sent back one of his team members to adjust the length of our downspouts after the job (within 2 days) without an issue which we really appreciated. We are very pleased with our new flat roof and would recommend Best Flat Roof! Update: fyi we also received a small but significant rebate from the City of Toronto's Eco-Roof Incentive Program for our new cool roof as installed by Best Flat Roof. I strongly encourage people to apply to the City in advance, as much as possible, of your decision to do a cool or green roof.

Dimitar is great: professional, on time, and efficient! I called for an in person estimate and expected a return visit but he did it all in one visit (20 minutes). He replaced our front door lock and revived the functionality of our screened porch door lock with a new key. He even checked our back entrance which was appreciated. Dimitar is obviously knowledgeable, practical and straight forward. Highly recommended.

When I was originally searching for a contractor to undertake a major house renovation, I wished I had found a review that went well beyond the completion date as I think the quality of a renovation bears out over time. I am writing to say that Bryant Renovations (Stepan and his team) meet the two most important criteria in a general contractor: integrity and quality. It has been two years since our renovation was completed. I can gladly report that the high quality and beauty of the products and craftmanship are as visible today as when the work was completed. We completed an entire gut and renovation of the first and second floors, some basement work, and exterior repairs of a semi-detached home. In addition, since completion, a couple of minor glitches were addressed in a very timely manner which further highlights the integrity and care Bryant Renovations has provided us.

SNAP (Joe and team) treated our home for termites discovered in the basement and the main floor. Two major spray treatments were completed to the woodwork as well as the drilling of holes (and parging to patch up the holes) in the wood framework and around the exterior of the home to inject the insecticide into the ground. Last treatment was in August 2014. SNAP even followed up with us in October and sprayed one more extra spot we decided to gut as well at no charge. SNAP was conscientious, thorough, and returned messages consistently. So far it is looking good that the treatment was successful and we intend to use SNAP as our regular "check up" contacts for prevention. Thank you to Joe especially and the SNAP team.

This is way overdue but I have not forgotten that last fall, we had just begun the preliminary stage of house renovations and ran into electrical problems. Bill was so kind as to help us out that night and explain the problem and solution. He also offered us site visits of other house renovation projects to show and explain the work that he could do for us when we get to that stage of upgrading the electrical in the house. We are not there yet but ALC Electric will be on our list to call. Thanks Bill!

I want to sincerely thank Bryant Renovations for helping my family begin a path to address overdue repairs and ultimately renovations to our home. We have been burned in the past with frankly, unethical contractors so it has meant so much to find people we can trust. Over the past year, we have had a number of challenges/unknowns to face each step of the way. However, Reid Dennison has been outstanding in his professionalism, his ability to work within our budget, and working with us on manageable solutions. We began with exterior repairs to the second floor back room extension. Reid did a beautiful and thorough job replacing and bolstering the wood as needed, adding insulation, and installing new siding, tiles, and a window pretty much exactly as we requested and discussed. Given this experience, we have since continued onto a careful and deliberate path to the address the interior house repairs and eventual renovation. We have had Reid do demolition on the inside to expose and address pest and water damage in the main floor and basement. He is respectful of our property and is so tidy after each job is done. We have much work ahead of us. It has been stressful as many people can relate to but the work is made significantly less stressful due to the high standards that Bryant Renovations clearly expects of themselves and their respect for their clients. I look forward to working with Reid and Bryant Renovations to help us reach our goals for the home. I would highly recommend Bryant Renovations to anyone who asks! Linda Toronto

I am thankful we found Joe through referral. We realized we had a termite problem so Joe came to the house, did an initial, detailed assessment recommending that various walls and ceilings be opened up to get an idea of the scope of the problem. Joe worked well with our tradesman who did the demolition. When we opened up walls/ceilings, Joe came and quickly identified key termite entry points and attraction areas due to old studwork and water leakage/downspout issues. He did some initial spot sprays and patiently walked us through the process and future steps we need to take. He always answered my questions. He came back two more times to spray (and also drilled holes in floor joices to improve effectiveness) using different products for brick walls and wood that are apparently less toxic than what other companies use. This was a positive in my eyes. There is more work to be done but we feel we are in good hands with a knowledgeable professional and a nice person we trust. Thanks, Joe.
