Service rep Steve Bowden identified issue of fan motor needing replacement. Ordered part which came in 36 hours and the furnace repaired the next day. In both original and final service calls the service man was here withtin the promised time frame and on both occasions called before to advise he was on his way..

Steve Bowden was the service man that came to our house from Reliance. We were extremely happy with his service. He was very prompt with the app't and very friendly. He was the first technician that went out of his way to explain things about maintenance and care of our equipment, He was GREAT.

The Sales Mgr Mr.Andrew Bell and the Service Mgr Mr.Kyle Taylor came to my rescue by getting my A/C running correctly when I could not get any assistance from my salesperson.They sent a very knowledgeable service tech to my home and got my problem solved

Great service. Excellent repair man and friendly. Very professional. Answered questions about my furnace and water tank. Made recommendations. Told me options in possible changes to save money and rebated available from government.

Tech Josh, team member RCD11373 did an excellent service call. He was polite, professional, answered questions I posed, showed respect to me and my home. His level of service is reason to continue as a Reliance customer!!! Hopefully the company acknowledges Josh's contribution to their success.

Josh is very professional technician from Barrie Reliance, he was checking the thermostat, furnace and air conditioning to solve the problem of the fan.Josh provided an excellent job; very patient to answer the questions; provide very helpful advice for consultation in-house heating system upgrade. We have a protection plan on our heating and cooling equipment from Reliance Yanch. We had a slow leak in our cooling system and Ian (11376) came out to fix it. He called to say he would be a little early,was very professional and neat. He took the time to explain the process and we felt comfortable with what he did. If Ian is an example of their service techs, we would not hesitate to reccomend this company to anyone.

Salesman did a good job in explaining service and arranging for installation. Disappointed there has not been any follow up after installation was completed even though I provided feedback of service. Installers were efficient but used our portable vacuum to clean up some wet debris clogging it up. I should mention that Darrick the service rep who came to check our old air conditioner when we had a problem was extremely prompt and helpful. It was his service that led us to choosing Reliance.

The team member, Darrick, called ahead of arriving. He was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Darrick showed me how to clean an outdoor vent, which clearly needed it! Despite having our furnace maintained regularly no-one has ever shown me this before, or even been outside to check it. Excellent service - with a smile.

I believe I wrote this recommedation previously but it didn't work or ?? So here goes again-My recent experience with Reliance Home Comfort was excellent. Darrick, the service rep, came to my home and did a thorough job checking my furnace. I needed filters, which I hadn't asked for on the telephone but he had a supply with him and saved us both a second visit. The work was completed in a timely manner and everything was kept tidy and neat. Thanks Reliance and Darrick for taking such good care of my needs.
