Ian T. arrived promptly to do my annual maintenance on furnace and A/C under my plan. He was very courteous and efficient. Very professional. Answered all my questions patiently and was most helpful.

Didn't have to wait to long for service, we had our hot water tank up and running again in a very timely manner. Very helpful service advisor. Very pleased with service.

Dan arrived promptly and immediately started the furnace inspection as per our maintenance plan. He answered all of our questions in depth and in a knowledgeable manner. He was very courteous and mindful of our floors. When he left we both felt secure in the safety of our furnance in the upcoming year. In the three years that we have lived here and had this furnace plan, this is the first time that the service provider has done such a COMPLETE inspection.

On Thursday October 16th, Reliance Technician 'Josh' (Team Member #RCD11373) came to our family home to service our Furnace and clean our Fireplace. I was greatly impressed with Josh's punctuality, his cleanliness and his attention to detail. He was great at communicating what he was doing at each step throughout his job and he took it upon himself to clean and repair things that were outside of our original work order; things that should have been taken care of by the previous furnace technician. I really appreciated Josh's initiative to do these things and do them well. Josh was extremely profession throughout his entire visit, he cleaned up after himself and he left everything he touched in a better condition than before he came. I would have Josh back anytime and definitely recommend that he should be acknowledged for the superior quality of service that he provides to his customers, such as myself. Thank-you!

Darrick from Reliance came in to do maintenance our crawlspace furnace. Darrick was prompt, thorough and provided me with great information. He was extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with. My overall experience with Reliance Yanch has been very positive. I highly recommend this fine company.

Original installation by Yanch was good. Subsequent reliability poor. Fails annually. Responsiveness of service team is very poor. Call centre does not understand what a geothermal system is. Left us without cooling for weeks despite constant calls. Do not rely on Reliance Home Comfort.

I had called regarding a small leak in the drainage valve and although they could not come the day of the call, they did come promptly the next morning. Jason M. took time to explain aspects of the tank and the piping that I was not aware of and how best to put settings when on vacation. He was also very efficient.
