Dan arrived to check a retro fit of plumbing to deal with an interior carbon monoxide problem. He got the furnace fired up quickly, checked all joints and found no issues inside. Unfortunately, there was still an issue with the heat exchange that will require further work. Very pleased with their work and professionalism.

Darrick arrived on time, serviced the furnace quickly and efficiently and answered any questions we had.
Thank You Darrick. He was very helpful and offered suggestions to improve our heating.

Called Reliance about no heat, technition came next morning determined we need a new motor, part arrive SAME day and was installed next morning...we got heat!!!

Darrick (team member# 11339). Has serviced my furnace for years. He is courteous and professional. He was right on time today and offered to drop off some filters for my furnace which I did not have. I would recommend him to my family who live nearby.

Darrick arrived to our home with a smile. He was eager to get to work yet had moments of friendly conversation. When he was done he showed us what was removed from our ducts. Darrick is very knowledgable in HVAC systems and how they work.

Ian arrives at my home around 8pm was out of here by 930. Furnace repaired. He was very courteous and knowledgable and made sure I understood what went wrong. Very professional.

Darrick responded promptly to our call for furnace service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient with questions we asked, worked quickly and efficiently. He had helpful suggestions for future service. The cost of the call was very reasonable for the amount of time and work that Darrick did. The issue submitted earlier has been resolved by Reliance on October 8th, 2014. Following this prompt response from Reliance this time; I have withdrawn my complaint and modified my rating.
