Furnace wasn't working. Problem diagnosed quickly and repair made efficiently. Darrick was very congenial and made a very helpful suggestion about improvement to the coverage of my new service plan by adding maintenance service at a small additional cost

The Service Man called, provided an ETA and arrived on time. He took care not to wear his boots into the house, was friendly, explained what he was doing, and why he was doing it. Very professional & very nice. I would recommend Reliance Yance to all my friends.

I had Ian Tellier from Reliance Yancheng to my house when my furnace was making a really loud noise every time it turned on. Ian came quickly and was very efficient, even going as far as to run to a supplier to pick up the motor it needed. AND because of my protection plan, I saved $765. Wow! I will definitely be recommending Reliance services because of Ian's professionalism.

Young man by the name of Steve Allan came by to service our furnace today. Did a splendid job, chatted briefly and spoke about various types of filters. Enjoyed the experience and will continue to use and recommend the Reliance-Ranch team. Thank you very much.

The technician who came was excellent, friendly and informative. I have no complaints whatsoever about his performance.

However, it's obvious that your dispatching centre is not good. The technician did not arrive within the four-hour time frame. This isn't the technician's fault. Perhaps you could snookered updating your dispatching system to some kind of dynamic dispatching? Like most people, I can't usually wait forever in my home because you can't get the dispatching right. Even the four-hour time frame (which is now industry standard–not the same as good) is ridiculous. It's possible to do better and you should.

Heat exchanger gave out after 12 yrs. Dan Haley from Yanch/reliance came out to fix the problem . this was a big job than Dan completed in a timely and professional manner. I was very impressed with his knowledge and willingness to share this knowledge with me to satisfy my technical curiosity. I would recommend this professional to anyone .

Our furnace stopped working shortly after the power outage during the wind storm on Nov.24. Dan, the service man, quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the broken part, and had the furnace back up and running in less than 25 minutes. He was extremely professional, and very friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend Dan and Yanch Heating to any of my family or friends.
