Ken Hill, the technician, was punctual,friendly,knowledgeable, professional and competent. He replaced a faulty, leaking pressure relief valve on my rental gas water heater. I am confident that the problem has been fixed.

Serviceman Ian Tellier, arrived at my home promptly as scheduled and performed a routine maintenance and cleaning of my furnace. He finished promptly in 1 hour. He answered all of my questions courteously. He seemed very knowledgeable. He left my home clean and tidy. Well done.

The Service tech that was sent to do the maintenance was professional, informative and made sure that everything was working properly. He was very helpful in explaining how we can increase the performance of our heating and moisture control system.

First I would like to state that I am glad Yanch has taken over the servicing of my gas furnance. Second, a big thank you to Steve Allen for not only doing the annual winter check-up but finally fixing the furnance humidifier. Steve was very professional and efficient in getting it fixed. Now that it's operating as it should have been when installed, I await the long cold days and nights of winter.
