Refine Renovations Ltd

Well I started my project by online contacting 3 companies. 2 eventually called me back and agreed to do estimates. One was on time for his appointment and gave me an estimate in a timely fashion. The other did not.
James the owner was pretty easy to work with although he is a man of few words. Emails are short and succinct but get the message across. He did his best to keep the work moving despite me being in a different city and not able to meet often.
We asked for some modifications to the plan and he did his best to accommodate. In the end we were very happy with his work and with the final product.

We contracted with Refine to complete significant renovations to our home. This included a total re-design of our kitchen (including new custom design cabinets, hardwood floors and lighting), creation of a sitting room, and total revamp of both bathrooms. The company was very professional in all aspects, including a dedicated project manager. Although the duration of the project was longer than forecast, it is important to note that there was scope change during the project. Refine employs all of their own trades which resulted in excellent craftsmanship and few delays.

James and his crew were fantastic, the price we were quoted was the actual price we paid, the workmanship was real quality and there was very little inconvenience to our family during development. We would (and have) recommended them.
