Well I started my project by online contacting 3 companies. 2 eventually called me back and agreed to do estimates. One was on time for his appointment and gave me an estimate in a timely fashion. The other did not. James the owner was pretty easy to work with although he is a man of few words. Emails are short and succinct but get the message across. He did his best to keep the work moving despite me being in a different city and not able to meet often. We asked for some modifications to the plan and he did his best to accommodate. In the end we were very happy with his work and with the final product.

I am notoriously hard to impress but ... I was impressed. My first contact with the company was walking the dog past a home they were just finishing a job at. The site looked clean and the workers looked clean cut and professional. My first phone call with Art was also beyond my expectations. He spent time on the phone assessing my needs and explaining his services. His quote and work plan were detailed and delivered in person. He also met with us personally to deliver his final bill and explain the work done and his warranty. These were all things I did not experience with another company I had used in the past. I did not get any other quotes on the job (because the other company I called didn't bother to call back for weeks) so I don't know if I got the lowest cost but I feel I got my full Value for what I payed. I also know that I can get full followup and satisfaction if problems or questions arise in the future. Wouldn't it be wonderful if all businesses were run this way?
