Mr. Rooter of Caledon is the best plumbing service company around. We have dealt with them for many years and they never disappoint. We would highly recommend calling them before you call anyone else. Always prompt and their quality of work is excellent.

Shaun came out and brought me a new toilet, installed, took away my old one with all the boxes and fixed my sink drain - couldn't be happier - Thank you so much Shaun!!

The drainage from my basement was blocked. After digging the drain up it still didn't drain. So much for the guarantee he promised for the $10,000 he charged me, I want my money back.

Mr. Rooter guaranteed he would solve my drainage issue and when it didn't work, he didn't know why and it's still not fixed. If you want to spend A LOT of money with no results than I highly recommend Mr. Rooter.

Let’s start by saying Sean has done a lot of work for me over the years. Unfortunately this time he made too many mistakes and I needed an outside plumber to fix them.
First day he cut the supply line to my furnace. He did come back to fix this after I noticed it that night. Next day Sean put in the toilet lines and had to push over the water lines to my closed loop furnace. Said it would be okay. They started leaking that night. The next day I told him about this he blamed it on old lines. I told him it did not leak before he pushed the lines over to install toilet abs. He got pretty upset and swore in front of my 1 year old. He later apologized and said he was tired and it had been a long week. Installed tub lines and left that night and I noticed they continued to leak and had to get another plumber in to fix them. This was the final straw and I had to tell him not to come back to finish. I still paid them the cost for the rough in of the bathroom and toilet. This was a mistake as it cost me to get someone to fix his mistakes. Never again.

May 18, 2018 Mr Rooter Plumbing of Orangeville, came to my home to snake out 2 floor drains in my basement. The 2 workmen spent 2 hours with a camera and were unable to locate the blockage in the lines at a cost of $500.13.
However, they did offer to go their truck and bring out another piece of equipment for another $500.00 to further investigate the lines.
I declined, as this seemed to be only a game to them - boys with toy cameras, and no progress. I paid the $500.13 bill and want others to know of the games. totally unsatisfactory, even though I called the Orangeville office to complain. So buyer beware!

I had septic issues and Shawn and his team worked morning through to 11:30 pm to fix it. They showed up on time and in a couple of days it was up and running. I would highly recommend them. Thank you for your reassurance and all you did.

Ron Shouldice came to our house and fixed our plumbing issue.
He was very knowledgeable and professional.
I would recommend Ron again for any plumbing issues.
