The drainage from my basement was blocked. After digging the drain up it still didn't drain. So much for the guarantee he promised for the $10,000 he charged me, I want my money back.

Mr. Rooter guaranteed he would solve my drainage issue and when it didn't work, he didn't know why and it's still not fixed. If you want to spend A LOT of money with no results than I highly recommend Mr. Rooter.
