Kevin was great to have at our house; he was professional and friendly. The only reason I left 9/10 stars was because he was over an hour late, but he did call to let us know in advance and it was also the beginning of high season. Overall it was an excellent job well done.

Kevin, Leigh and George are great to work with and are very personable. They scheduled our furnace replacement much fast than I expected. The installation was quick and looks better than the original furnace install. You can tell they take pride in their work. We will call them first for future maintenance and service.

We initially contacted Knight Plumbing & Heating for furnace and duct cleaning. Following the cleaning on Friday the 18th, we heard a noise coming from the furnace and called the company. The technician, George, arrived within a half hour and said a part was broken and a replacement would be quite expensive. Due to the age of the furnace, he recommended replacement to which we agreed. The furnace was replaced on Monday the 28th and has been running well since. George had to come back the next day to install a drain line as the part had not been with the initial package. The area was left clean and tidy.

Mark in Calgary - Knight Plumbing provided me with confidence every step of the way, including the 2-3 hours Jonathan the sales rep spent with us explaining everything to us and answering all of our questions. He has been prompt to return calls from beginning to end. Kevin,the installer, was the same he took the time to answer all my questions, was knowledgeable, and also left me feeling confident that of a job well done and that I had made the correct choice on product and supplier. I would not hesitate to recommend Knight to anyone looking for a new furnace.

After our furnace had suddenly stopped working at 5 in the morning, Knight was the only company to actually pick up the phone and get someone out for a service call. We were pleasantly surprised by Knights service. Our technician was called Kevin and he was very prompt to call us back and was at our house within the half hour. He was knowledgeable, friendly and restored the heat in our house in less than a hour. Thank you so much for this quick service!! We will be using your services in the future!

Job 1: For water leak, Kris A. arrived on time, was very professional, and rapidly found the source of the cold water pipe leak in the ceiling, and carried out the repair. Would definitely ask for him to come to the house if there was another leak from my older style piping.

Job 2: Geoff S. and Leigh O. arrived on time, were professional, and took the time to explain things about my old furnace, and things to watch out for.
A new digital thermostat was installed and is working great.

Kevin came to our house to repair our furnace after our hamster escaped from her cage and, unfortunately, ended up inside the furnace.
He came on a Saturday evening and his work was quick. We appreciated the gross factor in the task, but he was professional and courteous.
Several other furnace repair companies refused to even look at our furnace. I would recommend Knight Plumbing to anyone, and have booked a furnace and duct cleaning with them for next week.

The repair guys that came to look at my furnace were wonderful and very friendly but the reason for the 7 and not the 10 was that I waited a long time for them to come the first visit I waited all day and finally after I called at 5pm to see when they would show up they said they were backed up and I was next. They charged me for the time but didn't actually fix anything. They said I need an electrician,
And they would send one the next morning. Well I phone in the morning and they told me someone would come between noon and 4. Well again I waited all day and after I called again they said I was next in line, and again they showed up at free 5pm. With another charge for labor and a new beaker part. To top it off, I would need another part replaced which of course the 2nd guy didn't have and would have to come by again the next day to replace.... with yet another minimum labor cost of $ 130. So in recap 3 visits in 3 days to replace 2 parts (a breaker and a pressure switch) which are both relatively cheap)

Service plumber arrived at the house, cleared the drain in 30 mins or less and than charged us $200 for the service call and drain cleaning. Ridiculous ..... Plumber wouldn't take a cheque and would only take cash in the end.

I contacted the firm and requested a manager review the bill and was told they would follow up with the plumber and get back to me. Repeated calls and no follow up, just excuses. I'd have accepted the crazy price if they had had the courtesy to at least follow up
