We got an air conditioner installed last summer - not cheap but worth every penny after you have used it a few times on those warm nights where you can't sleep. A1 just came back to service the unit for the annual maintenance and they were fantastic again. Great customer service from the initial sale, to the install to the maintenance. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends.

He was prompt, reassuring and extremely competent in bringing old Bessy back to life. Repairs were quick because the ST had a very extensive inventory of spare parts in his van. A1 Chesney's annual service contract entitles the homeowner to one free Fall tune-up of your furnace, 15% off diagnostics and parts, and puts you on the top of the list for emergency call outs. We have been a client of A1 Chesney for over 14 years and can highly recommend this company!

The call center service booked an estimate and the estimate staff never showed up or called to cancel. The next day I called the office and spoke with the manager: Glen. He provided an over the phone quote and had the service person out the next day. The work was done well and quickly and the rate was VERY reasonable, beating competitor's rates. The company also did a follow up call to ensure customer satisfaction.

A1 Chesney installed a high efficiency furnace and high efficiency water heater in our villa in August 2010. Both installations were done efficiently and to our entire satisfaction. PVC venting for both units was up though the existing chimney so that there are no ground-level vents, thus meeting condo restrictions.
