A team of 4 removed the old items and installed 2 new furnaces and 1 new hot water heater. The team, Tyler, Kyle, Malcolm and Ian, worked quickly and efficiently and they worked well together. I noted careful attention to many details, they cleaned up the work space after they were finished, and were very willing to answer my many questions. Pricing and all serviceds were as quoted. We replaced two furnaces after a recent home renovation with Service Experts and have had them maintained by them annually. We are very happy with the furnaces and the service is good. The only frustration is contacting the company through a phone centre in the US.

Serviceman was very punctual and informative about status of the furnace. He took the time to show me the ineer workings of the furnace and Installed the filter I supplied and was not pushy about using his filter.

Last year we were told that our furnace had to be replaced. We had an expert come out from Service Experts to review the situation and discovered that all we needed were some repairs. They saved us thousands of dollars and a lot of headache!

Our furnace was not running properly so we called Service Experts as in our previous home we had used them to replace an old furnace. They were known as Central Aire at that time and we were quite satisfied with their product and service.

For this repair the original tech dispatched came out with in about 6 hours of calling on a Sunday. He quickly diagnosed the problem as being a faulty safety switch. We were told that he or another tech would return tomorrow with the part and that we would be charged only for the original service call plus the part. Seemed fair and reasonable so we agreed and paid $103 for the service call. A second tech arrived the following afternoon and installed the part and told us that we had to pay for a second service call in addition to the part another $140. Even when the original tech confirmed what we were told the district service manager refused to adjust the bill to match the original quote, instead he knocked $20 off. So for about 30 minutes (15 minutes each day) of work on the part of Service Experts we were charged for 2 full hours of service time in addition to the cost of the part.

The gentleman that came and serviced our furnace was very knowledgable and professional. He tested several things while completing the service as well as after, to ensure our furnace wouldn't cut out again. He tried to find the least cost service to charge us for when complete, so it was nice we weren't 'gouged' for the service work done.
