I went to Miranda windows and doors looking for a new front door and fire rated garage door. Lily Miranda was extremely helped in showing me the various options and explaining the differences in the doors. My order was placed and installed about 8 weeks later as advised. All aspects of service was excellent and Tony Miranda did an great job measuring and installing
the new doors. Very professional and courteous service. I highly recommend this company.

We had Tony and crew install an awesome Custom Awning Window with MicroBlinds (inside the glass) for our kitchen. I had called half a dozen other Window & Door companies in the GTA and even contacted a few Window manufacturers in the USA. All of them told me that the Window we wanted didn't exist and the job was impossible. Tony (Miranda) ordered me the window no problem on time and for a very reasonable price. My Wife and I have had many experiences with different Window & Door companies. Miranda gave us better quality service, very fair prices and timely job completion. Unlike other big name Window & Door companies , Miranda never asked Me to take measurements myself or have a lot of sneaky padding on the Bill from the salesman (other big W&D companies common practice). Great job Miranda and Tony! We will be calling again soon for Garage Doors!

In our opinion the Miranda crew were very professional, tidy, respect full , concentrated and efficient. Tony inspected and made sure
all work was completely finished properly. Explained the guarantee and warranty and supplied a written guarantee for the work and
windows.

Great craftsmanship and product but very disorganized and no respect and regard for the customer.
They need some trained office staff with basic sense of courtesy. They made me regret my decision to give them business.

Our first encounter with Miranda Windows & Doors was with Tony. He is the owner & is a great guy! Tony was very helpful & so friendly! He explained our options & did not push for more expensive doors. He let us make our own decision. We next dealt with Shareen in the office & she was so wonderful! Shareen was so helpful & made every effort to accommodate us whenever possible. We also spoke with Lily, Tony's wife. She was just as lovely to deal with as well.

He is AWESOME!!! He is So good at his job & very meticulous at everything he does! Ivan is a GEM! He did such a wonderful job with the installation of all of our single doors & the 2 sets of our garden doors. He really cares about his customers & takes great pride in the work he does! He truly wants you to be happy! The quality & workmanship is superb! We're very happy with our doors!

We had large window replaced and also another window in bedroom replaced for energy savings and upgrade. The quality and the style of the windows made a huge improvement to the curb-appeal of the house and several neighbours praised it.
Mr. Miranda was extremely helpful with helping us choose they style, and providing recomendations. Even an alteration was done efficiently! Installation was perfect and a pleasure!! All went smoothly, no damage to inside walls, new window frames look great, and they cleaned up afterwards!! Will definitely use them again and have recommended them to friends. Office staff is equally efficient and couteous.

I contacted Miranda upon a recommendation from a former client in our neighbourhood in regards to our patio door. We had a major leak in our basement stemming from our old door. I was so pleased with the speed and efficiency of both Tony and Ivan the installer, I proceeded to have Miranda quote on replacing all of my windows. I also did a comparison quote from Brock. The quote they gave was within range of Brock as bother offered more or less the same deal. Brock was on the more expensive side, but not by much. I chose Miranda because Tony was willing and assured me that he would work with my existing custom blinds that were in all of my windows. I did not receive that same confirmation from Brock. This was a savings to me of about $4000-$5000. Secondly, how both Tony and Ivan handled my installation of my patio door spoke volumes of their work ethic and how they handle customers.

The windows were delayed a bit from the manufacturer, so it was about 3-4 weeks later than anticipated - but nothing that to me was out of the oridinary. The installation took 2 days to complete. Ivan and Chris were clean, courteous, and if you look inside Ivan's truck you will see that he is a bit of a neat freak. They were on time every day, solved every small problem that arose with stride. I have no expectation of perfection but I got pretty close to it. Tony was very patient with me and handled all my follow ups with care and concern.
We had a few hiccups as well - the trim that was ordered 3rd party came in the wrong size - of which Ivan had to go back and again and have remade. Ivan then rescheduled as soon as the replacement trim was ready and installed within a few hours. During that time of course we had painted all our new trim and begun installing the blinds. We had 3 blinds that we could not get to fit back in their windows. I called Tony and he had Ivan fix the issue that same day..( we removed the plastic hubs at the ends of the blinds and they fit after that). During that time I also ran into an issue with the screen door on the patio door they replaced in December. Tony also had Ivan look at it and Ivan had resolved the issue the following day.
overall I am extremely pleased with how my concerns were addressed, how well they presented themselves and how well they worked with my family. I have a bulldog at which many service people can be scared of, but it was of no concern to Miranda. They cleaned up after themselves - vacuuming the bedrooms, garage and all work area's. Miranda's ability to problem solve put us at ease so no matter what the issue was, I didn't feel like I was going to be stuck with the problem. Thank you very much Tony, Ivan, Chris, Lily and Shareen!
