Our experience with MIranda Windows and Doors far exceeded our expectations. From meeting with Lily in the the showroom, to having Tony come to our home to further explain their products and take measurements to Tony and his team doing the install...we were impressed at each phase of the process. First of all let me start by saying that if you are ordering windows to be installed and you sign your contract in late October, don't expect the job to happen until the following spring ( because of the cold winter). You see you can instal in the winter however there are many factors to consider....caulking, foam sealant work best at warmer temps so why risk a poor instal because you are in a rush or impatient .
After 6 months waiting it was all worth it. I thought the cost was a little excessive however, the quality of work was exceptional. Tony and his crew installed windows in my home when I first moved in but because of our budget we did not do all the windows. Due to the excellent craftsmanship I had Tony come back to finish the rest of the house. Now my once dated looking Bungalow has a new face lift and is more energy efficient.

There work was professional, they work quick neat and clean very very impressed with the boys. There work was flawless work, never seen work like that in years. They kill the job in no time. Just incredible work and install and everything was done right Tony and Ken were awesome.

Removal of old sliding door with installation of a new sliding door. The job was done in a fast and professional manner. The interior trim work was kept intact and the old outside aluminium trim was removed and replaced with a new trim which was then sealed properly with caulking.

Miranda windows are professional and great to work and communicate with. We had our windows delivered and installed on the date they had estimated and all the staff were polite and knowledgeable and left no mess when they were done. We were very happy and definatly will reffer them and use them again for other projects we are planning for our home.

We had a great experience with all those we interacted with including Lily for initial contact, quoting, and general communication updates and Tony and his team for the final measurements and installation work.

We were provided a fair quote and timelines that were both met as estimated. In the end, the look of our home transformed from an aging 'fixer upper' to the look of a new home.

More importantly, proper attention was given to the 'hidden' work. Eg: We had two Bay windows and their 'roofs' and 'skirts' replaced. The 'roofs' and 'skirts' were not just covered up to look nice, the existing material was removed, including the plywood. New ply wood was then installed with proper moisture treatment: 'sealant/tapping' etc.. prior to covering with aluminum.

The job required a number of different skills and Tony and team possessed all such skill sets. The work included: Garage bay doors, converting a garage window into french doors, sliding patio door, front entrance door, bay windows and their 'roofs' and 'skirts', many 'standard' windows, window sills, shutters, aluminum 'over hangs' and related matching decor.
