Yuri was great and very professional! I was able to follow him along on the inspection and he would take his time to thoroughly explain everything to me. I received my detailed home inspection report the same day. I would highly recommend Yuri to any who asks.

We found Yuri to inspect our home via Homestars. Having never gone through this process, we didn't know what to expect. Yuri was very professional, polite, and even had a good sense of humor/wit throughout the inspection. As noted by other people, he arrived early, had documents ready for us to sign and took his time to inspect the home thoroughly. After he took his initial walkthrough of our home on his own, he spent 30 minutes to walk through the home with us and show us every area of the home that he would write in his report. It was informative and much appreciated. Lastly, he delivered a copy of the report to us on the same day of the inspection, complete with images and very detailed. We would definitely use him again!

We arranged a home inspection for a house we were interested in buying with Yuri. It was easy to get it scheduled. Yuri is very professional and explained the procedures he would do on phone. he arrived on time, took more than 4 hours (it was a large house) for thorough inspection. He looked for structural issues as well as minor problems. The attic access in the house was blocked, and he worked really hard to get in the attic and complete the inspection. Overall we are very satisfied with the work he performed.

Yuri was referred to us by your real estate agent. Yuri sat down with us and told us what he was going to be looking for. Yurt spent roughly 5 hours going over the house pointing out issues that needed to be fixed as soon as we move in.
The home owner had an inspection on hand, but Yuri found quit a few issues that were missed by the homeowner's inspector. Within one business day we downloaded our in depth 65 page report that went over every concern regarding this property. All issues accompanied a photo with an arrow pointing to what the issue was along with an explanation, red was critical yellow was things that needed to be fixed but not immediately and Green for the issues that he found to be working fine. I suggest you get the thermal imaging package so you can see any deficiencies in the walls.

Yuri was very thorough and spend lot of time to record all the found issues on our new stacked condo townhouse. He helped us better understand which issues might be acceptable and which should be fixed.
