We were recommended to Yuri by 2 different individuals and I am glad we went with him. He is very professional and knowledgeable and being a first time home buyers, he took the time to explain things about the house and what he was doing, all the time suggesting ways to fix something or what we need to do in the future to maintain the house. He was very thorough and I strongly recommend taking the thermal imaging package as we did find some issues hidden below the floors which we would not have known if we went with the standard package. The home inspectors report which we received was very detailed with photographs pointing us to imperfections or suggestions in what needs to be done. There was also a video provided in the report of the attic so we could actually see what was up there. Being a first time buyer I learned a lot walking around the house with Yuri as he explained everything to me. I am glad we went with Yuri and will definitely recommend him for a home inspection.
