Great inspector - very satisfied
This was my 3rd house in Toronto and 3rd home inspection. The Seller allowed us to do a pre inspection, although it was not our offer condition. I found some inspection companies by reviews and picked Home Inspections 4U out of them based on my phone initial conversation. Very satisfied with this inspection. Yuri was great, so professional and knowledgeable. Now I can see the difference between any home inspector and a great one. Yuri thank you very much. I liked your "mold detection" camera.

Hi Jason, thank you very much for your review and for the highest rating of my services. I'm very glad that you were happy with my inspection. Just one correction. The IR thermal imager cannot "detect mold". Rather it can detect moisture and based on my experience as a Certified Thermographer I can use other means to determine if there is any mold growth.
