On February 15th our furnace started making a very loud screeching noise . I immediately called Abbey Air who we have had a service contracts for our furnace and air conditioner with for over 30 years in Oakville and Milton. I was advised that a service tech would be arriving in about 3 hours. I received a call advising the Tech was on his way about 2 1/2 hours later. Helge arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem as a defective inducer motor.
( No Charge due to Annual Contracts) Fortunately there was a replacement in his truck and the furnace was quiet again. While here Helge ran some other tests and repairs/adjustments to make sure the furnace was running in tip top condition. Over the years I have found Abbey Air to provide excellent service and this repair continued their high standards.

The lead technician Adam was a super star. He was knowledgable, informative, polite and was such a pleasure to work with!!!

Tech arrived early (desirable) and performed the tuneup work efficiently and thoroughly. Very pleasant. Gave tips regarding heating and humdification operation.
