Helge, the Service Technician, arrived on time, was very polite and professional. He took the time to answer my questions and it was obvious that he enjoyed his work. He spent an hour on the furnace...great work Helge. Many thanks!

I called Abbey Air after midnight when our furnace went out after we heard a loud bang. Within 30 min of calling a tech arrived at our house and discovered our motor was completely destroyed. Helge was very courteous (especially at 1 am), professional and fixed the problem quickly. We have a newborn, so to alleviate our concerns and ensure our house was safe for our newborn, he checked all the gas lines and appliances to ensure everything was safe. Highly recommend Helge, who was honest, gave us great service and professionalism even in the middle of the night. Highly recommended.

We buy an annual plan that covers servicing of a/c and furnace (2 visits). The technician is always professional, punctual and responsible. We appreciate the reliable and courteous service. Highly recommended!

I have used Abbey Air for over 30 years. They have installed a furnace an 2 Air Conditioners over that period, all work was without any issues. They do my regular spring and summer maintenance without problems. Appointments are kept on time. Service when required is on time. I recommend them highly. Murray does my servicing most of the time and does an excellent job.

We have decided to install a humidifier on our furnace and an air purification system. Some of the companies we called gave us quotes and details on the phone, Abbey Air said they needed to schedule an in-home visit to better evaluate what option suits best. (That sounded like a sales pitch but OK, we want to do this right). Our appointment was for yesterday between 11:00 and 2:00 pm. They did not come, they did not call. I waited 24 hours before writing this review to give them time to get in touch with us and explain why they did not respect an appointment at which they were (potentially) going to sell me more than $1,000 worth of equipment and installation, but no, nothing. I would definitely avoid them for service if they bungle even sales calls.

100% satisfied . We started using tis company when our old furnace broke down and they where the only ones available
We had a plus service warranty that covered 2 inspections and cleaning and covered all parts and labour.
They kept my old furnace in tip top shape, they where always reliable and explained any needed service.
When we where due for a new furnace and air conditioner, I did not hesitate in using them
They showed up promptly , finished on time , left no mess and went over everything with me.
To say the least their technicians are without equal in an industry loaded with less than scrupulous companies.

Booked appointment quickly, called to let me know when tech was on his way.
Tech was prompt, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Corrected something a tech from another company did wrong (wiring), who then left because he was too busy to do this job?! Guess if you don't want to buy a brand new furnace, some company's cant be bothered with you. Not the case with Abbey Air/Service Experts.

I will use Abbey air again and happily refer them.
