Renaissance Windows & Siding

Same pane problem, 3 seals are broken one is a bay window, calls unanswered office has moved. Was going to have more windows replaced by them.Was referred by a 'friend'Not reg with BBB Not reliable, no integrity

We had our windows done about 6 years ago. At the time, we had asked if there was any preparation we had to do prior to the replacement. They've said that nothing is needed and they will clean if any mess. I had my 2 month old son at the time. I have left the house for the day, and came back in the afternoon. I was in a disbelief: the inside of the house was covered with sawdust. It was literally everywhere. I was beyond upset. They have "cleaned" the area where they were cutting window frames (inside the house!!!!) and that was the extent. The problems did not stop there. Every single year since then we've had to replace approximately 2 window panels due to seal being broken. The windows we have are " quality pro 2007". Our warranty is 10 years. This year I have called again since we have 2 panels that need to be replaced. I have left about 15 voice mails, but have not had the reply. The customer service rep ( the one that answers the phone) was usually very helpful and kind. This time none is answering the phone nor returning my voice mails.
All I can say is be beware!

We approached Renaissance in the fall of 2011 to do our siding, fascia, eaves, and soffits. Igor came to our home to provide us with an estimate for the work. All of our major concerns about our project were addressed and we felt confident in Igor's knowledge and experience in this industry. Joanne in the office was also extremely helpful. We were provided with a list of homes in our neighbourhood that had had similar work done by Renaissance so that we could see the quality of the work as well as get an idea of what colour scheme would work best for our home. The project was completed in September 2011 and, 1 year later, we are still extremely pleased with the work that was done. Igor and his entire team were professional, efficient and courteous. The job was completed in just a few days. I would highly recommend Igor and the team at Renaissance.

They were professional and helpful. I knew very little about siding a house and what was involved, but they walked me through the process, which helped me a lot. Even though I was not doing the project, I like to learn how. Great group of guys that did the whole project in a couple days.

The company was very thorough and came to the house on two occasions to provide ideas and insight. They worked very quickly and efficiently, even during an extreme heat wave! They followed up and made sure we were completely satisfied before we paid a cent. We highly recommend them to everyone!
