We approached Renaissance in the fall of 2011 to do our siding, fascia, eaves, and soffits. Igor came to our home to provide us with an estimate for the work. All of our major concerns about our project were addressed and we felt confident in Igor's knowledge and experience in this industry. Joanne in the office was also extremely helpful. We were provided with a list of homes in our neighbourhood that had had similar work done by Renaissance so that we could see the quality of the work as well as get an idea of what colour scheme would work best for our home. The project was completed in September 2011 and, 1 year later, we are still extremely pleased with the work that was done. Igor and his entire team were professional, efficient and courteous. Having just moved into a house featuring a living room with an odd layout, we decided to explore having the 16 foot back wall fitted with wall-to-wall built-ins. After a lot of research and a handful of quotes we comfortably chose Mulligan's. They were very helpful in working out the finer design details and delivered the project on budget against a very competitive quote, and even delivered the final installation a bit ahead of schedule. There was a high level of communication throughout the process and the day of the installation went very well. The large scale of this type of project virtually guarantees that the install will not be without some challenges, but the professionalism, experience and problem-solving ability of Michael and the installers led to a final product that we are thrilled with.
