The Carpet Palace

This was my 2nd project with Carpet Palace - floors were done last year had excellent service - came back for kitchen backsplash.

We received exceptional service from Bill (and George) for our hardwood flooring and stair renovation. Both the hardwood flooring team and the stair installer, David, we’re professional, paid attention to detail and cleaned up every day. The 1600 sq. ft. of flooring was done quickly and efficiently. David did an incredible job of colour matching the stain for the stairs and making sure we were pleased every step of the way. We are so thrilled with the end result of this renovation which exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend any of these professionals.

This was our second time using The Carpet Palace to install the stairs runner in our new home. I knew exactly what we were looking for and George was great to deal with over the phone to provide quotation and arrange the installation of custom rug in just two weeks. The installers arrived on time and completed the installation of two set of stairs work in just few hours. They were very professional and friendly and made the whole process easier for us. As always it was a pleasure dealing with George and receiving the exceptional service.

Spoke with George about a small install. He treated us like we were carpeting a hotel, not two small bedrooms! He came out to the house on time and was respectful and pleasant. When the time came to purchase the hardwood for our whole house, there was no hesitation to use the Carpet Palace.
