The Carpet Palace

The Carpet Palace was recommended by our neighbour who had used them previously and was going to use them again. George was very professional and courteous at the store and gave us some good suggestion. We had planned to have the floors installed after major renovations in our kitchen and family room. Those renos took much longer than expected but Costa and his crew came in and worked around the reno and had everything finished within a week or so. A very special shout out to Arturs for his meticulous work on our stairs and his attention to detail. The stairs look great as does the flooring. Would highly recommend this company.

We chose the carpet palace after reading so many great reviews and we were not disappointed. The selection in their show room is great and the installation very fast and well done. I would definitely use them again in the future and recommend them.

The entire team from choosing the carpet, to measurements installation and follow up were just fantastic. A great job at a great price with smiles and professionalism all the way. These guys are fantastic.

We went to the Carpet Palace for our Engineered Hardwood and Install.
Bill was very helpful and let us take samples home so we could see what the flooring looked like in our home and lighting.
Once we choose our flooring and received our quote, the project was scheduled for the first week on February. Rob and his team arrived on time and proceeded to transform our home by removing the carpet in 3 bedrooms, hallway, stairs, living room and dining room. Old hardwood was removed from the family room and all was replaced with the new flooring. The project took 7 days and we feel like it is a new home.
Everyone we dealt with was professional and no one was pushy. We are very happy with the new flooring.

We were completely satisfied with Bill and his installation crew at Carpet Palace. Due to a colour problem at the manufacturing level, two carpet lots were laid and removed. Bill kindly and generously allowed us to upgrade to a similar but more expensive carpet (at no additional cost to us) and the crew happily relaid yet again. We were most impressed with the support and generosity of the staff at Carpet Palace and will most definitely do business with them again. Highly, highly recommended!!

This is our second time dealing with the Carpet Palace. They have a beautiful showroom with a terrific selection of all flooring products. Our need, this time was for carpet in our our bedroom. George is an excellent sales person, loaned us a sample to confirm colour and style would work, came to our home to measure and followed up on delivery and and reminded us the day before of our installation.
The installers arrived on time, were extremely polite, did a high quality installation and left the our house in better condition then they initially found it.
I spent 47 years in the wholesale floor covering business as a salesman, Sales Manager and a Marketing Manager prior to retiring and would find it difficult to find a better company to do business with than the Carpet Palace.

We will turn to the Palace for any and all of our flooring needs.

George & his team we're professional throughout the whole process... rrom onsite estimate to completion of installation. They were fully transparent on timing, let us bring home samples, & followed up after install to ensure we were fully happy. Didn't even know they were here after the install was complete...great cleanup and would highly recommend them.

The Carpet Palace gave us good advice to change our carpet. The carpet was delivered at the expected date and the crew who did the installation was friendly, efficient and left a clean site. Everybody was very professional. We would highly recommend The Carpet Palace and we would use them again.

What a great experience. They are knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Very helpful. The job started and finished in said timeline. What also impressed me is that within half an hour of the carpet being installed I received a phone call making sure I was satisfied!

We are super happy with our new stair carpet runner and custom area rug. We also have 3 other area carpets from here as well and they are perfect. George was amazing to deal with and turn around time from order to install was quick.
