Reliance Superior Heating & Air Conditioning

I was really impressed with reliance, I thought I was waiting for a phone call between 7 and 11 in the evening as to when they were going to be here I showed up home around 5:30 and he was there. I was really really happy that he was there he did the work took the old water heater out put the new one in and he (Robert Allard) was very pleasant to talk to. He answered all my questions and showed me things of what you have done. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody and might be getting them to come back to replace my air conditioner when that time comes. Great work

We've had Reliance out to service our air conditioner and install a new furnace in the past and have been happy...until now. This spring our air conditioner wasn't working so I booked an appointment for June 10th. No one showed or called. I called tbe next day, got an apology and rebooked for June 17th. Again, no show and no call. Thank goodness it's bern a cooler spring, so I was patient again and rebooked for June 21st. Yup, again no show and no call. When I phoned I got lots of "sorrys" and "I don't know whys" but I gave one last chance and rebookedfor June 23rd. This time I did get a call and Rob showed up and quickly fixed our problem. Rob was great, but seriously, it took 3 missed appointments to finally get someone out. The work done, as it has it the past, has been good but because of this experience I would seriously consider never dealing with them again.

Guys where great on time and efficiant job was well done i had the same guys install my furnace i would recomend to friends and family thanks again keep up good work

Furnace fan and ac all quit at once. I was able to reach customer service easily and quickly. Service technician arrived during service window and has us up and running in about half an hour. Reliable, efficient and affordable! Great work.

The crew showed up on time, but with incorrect equipment. The sales person's Microsoft Surface was glitchy, so he couldn't get to the right code for a 2 ton A/C unit, so he entered a 2.5 ton code which he said he'd change when he got back to the office. This apparently didn't happen so the crew was sent out with the oversized unit which would most certainly cool the house, but would run so briefly that it wouldn't be able to de-humidify the house. The proper size was ordered, and the crew busied themselves dismantling the old equipment and installing the furnace while they waited for the correct compressor and condenser. The crew had no down time, as the correct parts arrived before the new ductwork was completed. The installation went ahead as far as it could when it was determined that the sub panel breakers and wiring were undersized for the compressor. A call was placed for an electrician who arrived within an hour. Meanwhile, the furnace was tested and my wife and I were given a walkthrough of our new Honeywell Gateway enabled WiFi thermostat. The crew left for another installation shortly after 5:00 PM. The electrician arrived and successfully tackled the challenges of upgrading the breakers and wiring, including correcting a previously incorrect breaker location. He tested the now functional A/C, set a simple program into the touch screen thermostat, and left.

Terry was prompt. He investigated all the possibilities for our air not working until he pinpointed the problem. Turned out to be minor. Greatful for his sound advice. He was polite, professional and the cost was very reasonable.

My new air conditioner was installed in less than 3 hours. The boys were experienced, courteous and extremely professional. Unfortunately, the office did not confirm a time when to expect them to my house. Was waiting 3 hours for there arrival. No fault to the technicians. The office was responsible to confirm a day before and let me know if there was a delay.

Rob was very friendly and had our air conditioning back up and running in no time. I like that he explained what he was doing step by step. It seemed a bit expensive just for a fuse but overall we were happy with the service.

Gas hot water heater tank started to fail and decided to call superior reliance. The customer service answered my call right away and scheduled a service. The technician that they sent is very helpful
and knowledgeable. Now our gas hot water heater tank was replaced by an electric one. With no fuss and any problem it was done fast and excellently. Awesome job reliance tech guy (Robert) and to the electricians Scott and his staff. Thank you all!

Very easy to make the appointment. Representative arrived within the expected window. Very friendly, took the time to explain everything to me and offered tips on how to make my air conditioner run more efficiently.
