Our salesperson was very prompt in coming out to asses our needs, was very knowledgeable about the products and was honest about prices. He provided us with a number of options to choose from that would work for the size of our home. He also outlined the various payment options that were available.
The technicians that installed our furnace, a/c & tankless hot water heater we able to come out the next day and were very skilled and efficient. There were able to move the location of our a/c to a more suitable area, their workmanship was seamless and they were very neat and tidy. Our salesperson promptly visited us after the installation to ensure that everything went to our satisfaction.
The products that were purchased are very good, we are especially happy with our tankless hot water heater. Being a family with 3 teenagers, we value having unlimited hot water. The furnace and a/c are quiet and keep our home at the perfect temperature.
