We've had Reliance out to service our air conditioner and install a new furnace in the past and have been happy...until now. This spring our air conditioner wasn't working so I booked an appointment for June 10th. No one showed or called. I called tbe next day, got an apology and rebooked for June 17th. Again, no show and no call. Thank goodness it's bern a cooler spring, so I was patient again and rebooked for June 21st. Yup, again no show and no call. When I phoned I got lots of "sorrys" and "I don't know whys" but I gave one last chance and rebookedfor June 23rd. This time I did get a call and Rob showed up and quickly fixed our problem. Rob was great, but seriously, it took 3 missed appointments to finally get someone out. The work done, as it has it the past, has been good but because of this experience I would seriously consider never dealing with them again.
