Serviceman arrived within the time frame given. Was informative and helpful, replaced our humidifier pad and so got that up and running.
Did a great job so we're all set for the winter!

This was the initial visit for furnace maintenance. Tom, the service person, did an outstanding job in checking over the furnace and performing some inportant adjustments. We were very impressed with his work.

The service from the technician was excellent he checked everything very professionally and was very happy. However in order for me to make the appointment for him to come I had to go to great effort because of your website that indicated there was no days available to come and do the maintenance. I finally got a hold of an on line operator who finally connected me with the company in Winnipeg who finally were able to assign a time which ended up being the next day to do the work. The original operator told me that Service would not be available till next year

We were experiencing a noise when the furnace kicked in but it seemed it was coming from the gas meter itself... After Hydro replacec the meter and regulator twice we discovered the noise and vibration was coming from the furnace. Your service tech TERRY IRVINE was very proffessional and courteous. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He has ordered the part and intends to return later today to install it. Wow !! Great Service and a valuable rep for your company. Thanks for his fast, freindly and thorough service.

I wanted a free estimate/quote from this company to fix my slow draining bathroom SINK. Sadly, they wanted to charge me $120+ just to come do a diagnostic check! How terrible! Be careful of this company & others like it. MOST other companies will give you a FREE ESTIMATE before they do any other work. This is simply just greed & gauging people's wallets! Not impressive. I suggest doing some research before hiring this & other companies.
