Andrea the plumber arrived earlier than requested by about 10 minutes. He surveyed the issue and soon detected the tiny pinhole leak in the upper part of the pipe right at a joint. He cut it out and replaced the area.
He then put on two shut-off valves under my bathroom sink. Job well done.
Because he is contracted by Reliance, no fee was charged by him but an estimate was given. I was satisfied with his service and he was very thorough in his work.

The technician came on time , explained the problem cost and details of my Plumbing Protection Plan with a Reliance in details .
The Replacement has been done quickly , without any cost involved this time .
Also he did change all 3 toilet Flappers ( I have had a concern about water running through them .... the water bills started to get high)

I had a pin hole in my hot water pipe on Water heater which was spraying water all over water heater and wall. Service tech called Phil /Dillon who came within 1/2 hour and replaced pipe and also after replacing pipe I told him my sump pump had never come on in 15 years so he replaced it. and cleaned out area surrounding it Very pleased with Phil and his expertise Thank you and hope no more burst pipes

This is are 2nd experience with plumber called Blake P ....He couldn't be more accommodating and hard working! The whole experience with particular advisor made us really appreciate having this service!
