These guys are fantastic. Our natural gas pool heater stopped working so I gave them a call on a Sunday morning. They gave me a window of time they'd be there that day and showed up at the very beginning of that window (not long after the call was made)! The Serviceman showed up, diagnosed and fixed the problem in under an hour! Did I mention this was a Sunday morning. I was so happy and appreciative!

The Serviceman quickly found the problem and cleaned it out all in under an hour.... did I mention this was a Sunday morning? Also the same day of the call? I'm impressed and grateful!

The salesman and installer were polite, and answered all my questions. They work with you in terms of design and where you want what (i.e. soap cups). However, the tub does have a plastic-y feel to it. And you can only use certain cleaners on it. For the price that you pay, you'd think it would be more appealing. I believe you can use bath fitter to save time (take a day-though you can't use your shower right away), but not for a beauty or comfort reno.

We replaced all our windows and doors. Their quotes are fair, they finished the job in a timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves every time. And the work they did was great. Most notable though is their after service care. They check back with you a few weeks later to see if you have questions or concerns, and the work is guaranteed so if anything is unsatisfactory they'll come replace the window free of charge (and they don't make you wait). Will definitely use again.

They were fast, efficient, very knowledgeable and informative and even talked me through the process so I'd see the warning signs next time. Best of all, they DID NOT keep me waiting. None of this between 10am and 2pm crap. We worked out a time that worked with my schedule and theirs. It's more pricey than others I hear but the experience and peace of mind was well worth it.
