Just had Michael and Scott clean the ducts in my house, what a team. And now that they are gone it was like they were never here. Cleaned up after themselves, very funny and the job was done in no time. I am so happy that we chose this company.

Our Furnace was not operating properly and the house was cool. There was a screw-up with the appointment we made thru Reliance but they were able to get Neil Durling to come late in the evening. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had the furnace working again in about 30 minutes. He really knew his stuff and was very professional

Had Mike Labelle do my repair. Not only did he fix my issue, he did all the maintenance on my furance. This guy was top notch. I'm very impressed.

Warren, Kyle and Jake removed my 30 year old furnace and installed a new furnace and air conditioner for me. Even though the old machine was very heavy, weirdly placed and they handled it like pros and removed it without issue or complaint. They installed my new equipment, including running new piping and outdoor venting, professionally, courteously and pleasantly. They arrived on time and cleaned up my home so that it was as neat and tidy before leaving. I highly recommend this trio!

Ken the service man went out of his way to expedite delivery and installation and so did Tim Meighen at their office. I was leaving in 2 days for South America and they got it done. Promptly answered all questions.

Derrick and Matt did a fantastic job installing and explaining everything pertaining to the new furnace. They were efficient and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend these guys to install your new furnace.

Contacted Mike at holmes heating ... to rent a h/w tank. Ours was 26yrs.old. Good thing I did... it was ready to blow. Tim, Trevor and Luc showed up .. explained everything they were doing, showed me how bad the old one was and were very nice to have doing our work. Great guys .. felt like they were doing the best possible job for us. Clean delivery, install and explanations. What more could I ask for. 2 thumbs up for these guys! Thanks.

Very quick and thorough service. Mike Labelle the technician was helpful providing some very helpful maintenance tips. Switching over to Reliance Holmes Heating has quite been successful with no major issues which could not be said about the previous maintenance company. Solid service!
