Dwayne is an amazing service tech. Friendly and very intelligent when it comes to anything to do with HVAC. I am so impressed with the way he was so professional and guided me to make the right choice for my family. No pressure to sell just gave me the facts. Reliance is lucky to have you. Kevin and Rob installed my A/C on Tuesday Aug 22. They previously meet with my condo board and discussed the installation as per the condo requirements . I live in a split level townhouse , they had to bring the power to the basement , put the ventilation unit outside on the main level then bring the wires , up the wall to the top floor , through my balcony and then install the physical unit upstairs ! Needless to it wasn't a easy job ! These gents have such a great working relationship , they have fun even thought poor Rob got caught a few times outside in the torrential downpour he still managed to smile and crack jokes . It didn't phase him one bit ! They have a great attitude and did a fantastic job installing the A/C. The installation was done with a lot of care and professionalism . I can't say enough good things about these guys ! They really insured that it was a neat and professional installation, and you can tell that they are masters of their craft ! Kevin and Rob installed my new furnace and AC yesterday. From the minute they arrived (on time) they guided me through what the day would entail, and addressed a large potential problem right away, helped find a solution within minutes (they are very well connected), allowing us to get the job done and leaving me completely satisfied with my purchase. They were professional, and efficient, and really seemed to enjoy their work. Awesome guys to deal with and I will highly recommend to any friends who need a furnace or AC.

Costa and Ryan C. recently installed a new AC unit, evaporator coils and refrigerant lines for us. It was a big job as we wanted to move the AC unit to a new further location at the back of the house. They cleared their schedule for the day and completed the job on time. They were professional, tidy and kept us up to date with their progress the entire time. They were also happy to answer all of our questions. Great Job! Thanks guys!

Hys came in and was a great help, he was attentive to our needs and helped fix a problem with our air return that we had been trying to fix for a long time. Explained everything to us and ensured we were satisfied before he left!

We contacted Reliance because our AC broke down the day before we were leaving on a one week holiday. Even though it was a Saturday afternoon when we phoned them, a representative was at our door within a couple of hours. We had tried another Heating and Cooling specialist first, recommended by a friend, however when we called that company, were greeted with a recording telling us their sales office hours didn't include weekends.

The Reliance sales representative explained the differences between the different brands of equipment and the buying / renting options.
He also discussed the rebates available from the Ontario government and Enbridge.

As scheduled, today, 2 technicians from Reliance removed our old AC and furnace and installed their new replacements along with a new thermostat. We were impressed with their knowledge, hard work and the after clean up. In addition, we appreciated the heads up this morning telling us they would be at our place in 30 minutes.

Would recommend them to family and friends.

The 2 installers Dustin and Ryan were efficient, courteous, helpful and left my home as clean as when they arrived. They phoned ahead and were there when they said they would be. Would recommend them to anyone

Ryan C. and Costa were just here to retrofit my Carrier furnace from propane to gas....as we were waiting for Enbridge to sink a hole and connect us to gas main.
Ryan and Costa were excellent installers---efficient, friendly, and very accommodating in answering questions. I was so pleased with their professional handling of what was a four hour job.
Just thought everyone should know about their great work.
