Reliance Holmes Heating And Cooling Ottawa

We contacted Reliance because our AC broke down the day before we were leaving on a one week holiday. Even though it was a Saturday afternoon when we phoned them, a representative was at our door within a couple of hours. We had tried another Heating and Cooling specialist first, recommended by a friend, however when we called that company, were greeted with a recording telling us their sales office hours didn't include weekends.

The Reliance sales representative explained the differences between the different brands of equipment and the buying / renting options.
He also discussed the rebates available from the Ontario government and Enbridge.

As scheduled, today, 2 technicians from Reliance removed our old AC and furnace and installed their new replacements along with a new thermostat. We were impressed with their knowledge, hard work and the after clean up. In addition, we appreciated the heads up this morning telling us they would be at our place in 30 minutes.
