I have nothing but words of EXCELLENCE with Reliance! I had more than a great experience with the company. Before I went ahead with the install, Chris talked me through all of my options, answering all and any questions I had. When I finally came to a decision, the two gentleman that provided the install, Kenny and Ryan U - were absolutely great! They made sure that I knew all the steps that were going to be covered during the install. If they had to divert the plan somewhat, they made sure to come and ask if it was ok to proceed. Both installers were very personable and made me feel comfortable. Once the install was complete, they walked me around and literally showed me everything that was done, including where the wires were running from the outside, all the way into the furnace, as well as tips during the colder months. They absolutely exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend Reliance!

I had Dustin and Tim install a humidifier onto my furnace and they were great. They answered any questions that I had about the product and left the premises clean and tidy upon their departure. Thanks again fellas

Old AC unit compressor died so got 5 different quotes. Reliance was by far the best deal and the rep who came and gave us the quote was very friendly and responsive. Installers came when promised, rep followed up within about an hour to check everything was done to our satisfaction......all in all a very positive experience and would recommend to anyone.

The install was done on July 7th. Derek and Chris showed up right on time. They fully walked me through the scope of work they'd be doing. Shortly after, the rest of the crew arrived (Dustin, Tim and 2 electricians) and everyone got immediately to work in their respective areas. I left my contact info while I went to work and asked for a call with a bit of lead time so I could drive back in the afternoon as they were finishing up. Dustin and Tim were waiting for me as I got back. They walked me through every aspect of the install and patiently answered every stupid question I had. Can't say enough of their client service. Consummate professionalism from beginning to end. I would recommend without reservation.

Derek and Chris called to advise they were on the way and arrived approx. 30 mins. later. Work well done and left our property neat and clean. Explained all relevant matters concerning the new unit.

Our water heater was old and inefficient so we decided to go with a tankless one. The Reliance team of Ryan C and Ryan A were wonderful. They were very courteous, quick and did a perfect job of cleaning up. I'd highly recommend them.

we just install heating and cooling system in our house. GREG,KENNY,DEREK,CHRIS AND RYAN did a great job installing our new HEATING AND COLLING system. They fully explained what they were doing, explain everything about system how to operate and completed the work in very efficient manner. They left everything neat and tidy and I would recommend them highly.

Our town home is about twelve years old. My air conditioner died and after some research and putzing around with it, I realized that the capacitor was shot. A pretty easy fix; however, the unit was a refurbished KeepRite model that had come with the house and we had used it for six years so it didn't really owe us anything (and never really did a great job anyway). Our furnace was a Lennox contractor model that had some tell-tale signs of wear and tear (rust inside the panel, uneven heat zones, etc.) and, again, I knew we'd likely have to replace it in the next couple of years. We've had significant issues with zoning in the house (i.e., basement freezing and upstairs sweltering hot) and my wife has had some serious sinus issues ever since we moved in. After considerable research and some pretty slick salesmanship on the part of Mark from Reliance, I settled on replacing the entire system with a Rheam air conditioner and furnace. We went with a humidifier and UV filter on the furnace, as well, in hopes of improving the sinus issue. The installation team (Greg and Ryan) did a great job installing the system - they were quick, efficient, and clean, and they did a great run through of the system with me once they were done.

Overall, we are very happy with the experience. The Reliance team was quick, efficient and professional. We might have paid a little more than I initially wanted to, but I've learned that "you get what you pay for." I would highly recommend Reliance to someone willing to pay a little extra for quality products and expedient, efficient installation - their expertise is very evident.
