Karl with a K, as he introduces himself, has revived my belief in true customer service. I understand companies of this magnitude need to make money, but he offered a wealth of information for free. This included air circulation tips, filters, carbon monoxide alarm placement in the home, and after saying to not worry about it, he used batteries from his own flashlight to replace the AA`s in my thermostat. I didn`t even know my thermostat had batteries. Instead of him pressing the buttons, he said he wasn`t going anywhere until I`m comfortable with using my thermostat, so he sat at my table and let me press the buttons, and I honestly felt so much better. In a very competitive business, Karl`s professionalism is second to none. This company has never sent a bad technician to my residence but with Karl in my home for an hour and a half, I learned so much about not just my furnace, but my home as a whole. The one reason I`m writing this, is because he said `as technicians in and out of peoples homes all year long, it`s easy to think of this as another call, but we need to remember you live here. You celebrate birthdays and holidays here, so I don`t think we should rush through a call` That may not be word for word, but Karl gave me such peace of mind knowing he cares about my furnace as much as I care about it getting me through a winter. Bravo, young man.

Very professional job by Mike and Kyle today installing our new air conditioner. Courteous, carefully clean in our home and managed some unexpected challenges that added some time to the job.

Installation technician, Michael Gajdemski has done an excellent job to complete installation of new Lennox furnace with new chimney liner; new hot water tank which is required new standard code all by himself. His work is very professional and is implemented according to the safety code. He is very patient to explain operational detail after installation to ensure customer is fully understand how to operate equipment down the road. We are very please to have Mike to install for us from Francis; and is looking forward for their support in the future.

Julie, the Service Experts' representative, spent considerable time with us, was very patient and professional in her explanation of our options for a new furnace. She returned after the installation and explained the warranties and prepared the form for the Government rebate. The installers were on time, friendly and efficient. They completed the installation of our new furnace when promised and everything functions really well. We have been most satisfied with the whole experience.

On 10 July 2015 (Friday) I asked, through a rep at Costco, for an appointment to talk about furnace and A/C replacement. The appointment was set for Tuesday at noon, and Jonathan, from Francis Home Environment, representing Costco, arrived on time. With the Costco incentives, their price was better than a competitor. I ordered the units and they were installed on Friday 17 July by Pat and Jake. These two guys were on time, polite, and got everything done that day with very little noise - hardly knew they were there...and the installation is very neat...really a great installation. Overall, Costco and Francis Home made this a wonderful experience, and provided good value for the money.
