Pat and Jake installed a new gas furnace, hot water tank, and A/C unit on 30/31 July 2015. I was so impressed with these young men's professionalism, work ethic, and calm demeanour. They stayed until 5:30 pm to ensure my A/C was running (it was about 35 degrees outside,) and each took a lot of time to explain how my new equipment worked. They were punctual, polite, and went out of their way to ensure I was a satisfied client in terms of the install. Julie DeBoer was the sales rep and was a superb representative for Service Experts/Francis. She spent a lot of time reviewing the equipment with me and dropped by prior to the install to measure and discuss placement. I recently purchased and had installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit. The job took two days and was installed by Mike and Mike (day 1) and Mike and Kenny (day 2). I was very impressed with the service I received and the professionalism of the technicians. The workers took their time to ensure that everything was done well. In addition, they cleaned up behind themselves and took the time to explain the new units to me. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them in the future!

Despite some challenges in the installation, technician Michael, was cheerful and professional throughout. They in drilling through the concrete wall had encountered hidden rebar twice! I appreciated the removal of the old unit and excellent site cleanup. He took time to answer all my questions and explain all operating features and hints. I'm very satisfied. Same high quality of service that Francis provided with my furnace replacement two years ago!

I had previously had a very large furnace that made a LOT of noise and was not energy efficient. The gentlemen from Francis Home Environment came and talked with me about both the furnace and air conditioner and helped me decide what would work best for my home as well as for my budget. I now have home with even temperature as well as quiet with the 2-stage fan that was suggested. This also helps me save on hydro! I was impressed with the care put into the work and the communication every step of the way as the units were installed. I am very happy with the products and service of Francis Home Environment. I’m very very pleased with the install and the A/C is working great! We ended up putting it in that corner on the other side of the house rather than by the garage as it would’ve required 85’ of copper and I was rather concerned it would put too much strain on the compressor and shorten the A/C life. The guys consulted with me, came up with the solution in the corner, moved it into place so I could see what I looked like before they installed it and consulted me all along the way on placement, etc to make sure I was pleased. Excellent job!

Our satisfaction with Francis Home Environment on this project started with Scott who carried out our annual furnace and ac inspection. He was very helpful in explaining the options in dealing with our 18 year old ac which was leaking.
Based on this information we arranged a meeting with Kaylie who provided us with a range of possible replacements and their advantages compared to our existing unit including higher efficiency, more environmentally friendly refrigerant, Ontario subsidy, warranty and quieter operation. We didn't have much difficulty in making a decision to go with the new ac unit.

The installers, Mike and Mike arrived right on schedule in the midst of a very heavy rain storm. They carried out the installation inside and out quickly and neatly including answering all of our questions.

From the well informed salesperson, Tim Mahoney to the efficient and effective work of the installers, Pat and Jake, it was an excellent purchase. The interaction between the installers provided a well tuned team, they were kind spoken and super clean and very efficient. The follow up after installation was great as well so BRAVO to this company

I had negative experiences with Francis years ago. Recently the company I deal with to service our two furnaces/2AC's/2fireplaces as taken over by Francis. I have been very pleased. There has been a complete turnaround in service attitude and standards since my last dealings with the company. Appointment scheduling has gone from disastrous to brilliant (including reminder calls to the homeowner and showing up on time). Paul B is our current service rep and we have found him knowledgeable, helpful and thorough in his work. He provided useful advice and information, and we will likely follow up on his recommendation for a new furnace within the next year.

The young men who installed our air conditioner were wonderful. They were polite, friendly, funny and made genuine efforts to ensure they cleaned up after their work. Their professionalism was on full display!

Dan & his partner have just completed the installation of our furnace & Air conditioner. Both were very knowledgeable, professional and personable. We were explained the process of the installation, how to operate the equipment,etc. Liked how meticulous they were in their work and how nicely they cleaned-up after the job was completed.
