Sean came to repair our humidifer. In fact, the humidifier was fine. We had badly installed the wrong filter pad. Shawn had the proper ones in his truck and installed one. As well he explained how the humidifier works so that we could know what to do next time. The %40 was for new filters.
He also checked and tuned up the furnace. He spent at least an hour doing all the required checks and maintenance. This service was included in our maintenance package.
He also explained the maze of all the Francis companies.

I had my furnace serviced for upcoming winter by Ryan Pratt. Very professional, on time and very friendly. Answered all my questions, would highly recommend having Ryan service your furnace.

Ryan Pratt was very informative, went beyond the usual in recommending carbon monoxide detector for upstairs and showed me also how to program our thermostat, a job that used to be done by my late husband. We've been very happy with the services provided by Francis.

I have been extremely satisfied with Francis Home Environment from the time they installed our furnace, air conditioning and gas fireplace and their annual maintenance program. After more than a decade the equipment is still working well. This year, Ryan Pratt came to service the furnace and fireplace and did an excellent job of fixing some minor problems on the spot---such as a bug getting trapped in the furnace drain--and a corroded battery in the starter for the fireplace. Now everything is shipshape and I'm confident we will have a warm winter indoors.

Not sure of the cost as I pay for a service agreement that gives a reduced rate for visits---and a couple of years is about $400 for all three

Shawn MacKenzie came to help me with furnace issues. He was on time, found the issue and explained the problem and what to do if it happens again. He also explained the next step if it becomes a recurring issue. He then helped move things from around the vents outside to help prevent future problems. I would certainly recommend Francis Home Environment and Shawn MacKenzie to all.
