We were so happy with our experience with Sunrise. We had 12 windows installed and the outcome was fabulous. Communicating with our sales and installation guys was great. We had a quote, picked our windows abd easily scheduled an install date. No fuss no mess great price. I was definately recommend this company to do the job!

Very impressed with the service, from the initial phone call to get the quote started, to the professionalism of the salesman, and the install crew were very good. We had 14 windows and 2 doors installed and everyone was very good. The salesman accommodated our schedule to make everything work and was very knowledgeable on the product as well as his competitors. The install crew was awesome, great to talk to they were done in one day and cleaned everything up. Highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for new Windows and Doors.

We personally did not have a good experience with this company and found them difficult. There are still staples sticking out of the vinyl of my window frame, cocking on the frames, and 1/3 cranks fell off. Insulation and nails found in my yard and house. My husband came home at lunch to sign the finals release, the installers were not done and we're still working when he left again, he did not think this would be an issue as the installers had been working alone in our house all day (both of us were away when they arrived). It took us 2hrs to clean when we got home. I immediately contacted the company via phone and email, to which I did not receive a response for 2 weeks. We still have 10 windows left to replace, we will not be using Sunrise Windows again.

My name is Ashley and I am a returning customer to Sunrise Windows.
Back in early January of this year. My husband and I decided it was time to up grade to new and more eco efficient windows.
We had a couple of names to go by, and decided to do our own research on some window companies. So the first company we phoned was Sunrise windows.
After meeting with Ray, and a whole lot of question and answers later. We had no problem deciding on Sunrise Windows.
These were some of our reasons as to why we chose Sunrise.
- Ray was personable and forth coming
- Sunrise manufactures their own windows right here (so no long wait or outrageous over head fees), hearing some friends going through other companies they had to wait for the window to come else where in Canada, and then once it arrived, then they had to wait for a window installer to make the time.
- Once we ordered our window which was on January 10, 2012. It was almost 4 weeks to the day that I received the call that the installers were on their way with our new window. An hour and a half later, the installers came in took out the old and replaced with the new.
- The 2 man crew were AWESOME!!!! Clean, quick and thorough. Respected my property, covered anything that looked breakable, covered my flooring with tarp to walk on, and answered all my questions. After all was said and done. They got the shop vaccume out, and other cleaning supplies, and cleaned and left my house as if they were never there.
- Last.... the window that my husband and I replaced was a massive picture window in the front of our house. Previous quotes that we did get a year to two years ago were ridiculous. The price that we paid through Sunrise was so good, that this was another reason we didnt bother calling anyone else.

So what does this mean???? I'm getting the rest of my windows done, and I would refer anyone to Sunrise.
