Other than a delivery delay issue that was rectified as soon as the production manager was made aware of the situation we were very satisfied with the product supplied to us by Sunrise. George spent a great deal of time making sure we understood our options regarding energy savings, made an excellent suggestion for the patio doors to give us exactly what we wanted and explained the particulars of the egress window requirements. The product is beautiful and looks wonderful in the house, our renos have been difficult and Sunrise was one of the few pleasant aspects!!!

I had 2 doors and 3 windows installed this past spring (2015) and am on order to complete Stage 2 which will involve another 6 windows. I was so impressed with the information regarding the type of solution for my unique needs and the success that these new windows and doors are working for my home. The professionalism, the friendliness and knowledge of the staff and management was truly phenomenal!!!
I would highly highly recommend this company and their product to everyone!!!

We decided to purchase a new kitchen window from Sunrise Windows & Door Depot in May, 2015. When we went to pick out a window, we were greeted by George. He was proffesional and very friendly, as he explained the many different features to us. We were also able to have a tour in the back, where they make their own windows, etc. Very happy with the customer service we received, and of course very happy with our new kitchen window. We will definitely take our business back to Sunrise Windows & Doors Depot, when we are ready to have all our other windows replaced (might even get one of the beautiful doors they have)!!!

I had put a complaint about Sunrise Windows on this site late last week. I also wrote a letter to the company to complain. Two issues. One was the two bedroom windows did not meet egress (even though the contract stated they did); other issue was all windows were drafty and cold. Call today from owner of company. They will be replacing both bedroom windows to meet egress and checking/re-insulating windows. Good outcome to a difficult situation.

My experience with Sunrise was very professional from the time I walked in to the time my project was complete. The service and selection were second to none and I am truly very happy with all the products I purchased and the installation which was provided. After several quotes and research into different companies we chose Sunrise. The salesman Kevin was professional and well informed. Eugene and his installation crew were excellent and very accommodating. We are happy with the quality of the product, its function and look. We did ask that the trim of two windows not be completed as there was some retro fitting that I needed to do prior to the trim going on. The installers were willing to complete it, but I requested that they not do it. After they had left I realized that I should have asked for the unused trim to be left so once I was completed I could have matching trim. Unfortunately the when we contacted the "Customer Service" department, Sandra in particular, they were unwilling to try and meet our needs. Our installer was out of town for a week and then booked on a job for another week, so we would have to wait for two or three weeks before we could get the trim. Sandra did not return calls when she advised she would and then did not even fully understand the request that we were making. She was unwilling to discuss any options, simply sticking to the statement, "your contact states". The cost of buying trim is minor, I simply wanted all the trim to match the other windows. Sandra was arrogant in her manner, did not wish to find out what the real issue was, how to resolve it. When I asked if I could speak to her manager she cut me off and assured me that she had already discussed the matter with him and I would get the same answer. This was interesting to me since she really didn't understand the problem. Overall a good experience was ruined over a series of phone calls. I would recommend the company and their product, just hope that you don't have to deal with their customer service department, or you get someone different than Sandra.
