The price was excellent and they an amazing job, the installers were very knowledgeable and experienced.

This is the second time I've contracted Darren and his crew at Connor Windows Doors and Sunrooms (the first time for installation of two doors; and now a bathroom window install). As always the experience was terrific. Very professional, prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. The installation was done without any issues and the price was reasonable (especially in comparison to some local competitors). Highly recommend.

They came in the morning to replace our front door and screen door and finished the job the same day. They cleaned up their work area and our driveway so it was like they were never there. They always returned calls or followed up on any questions we had. Excellent service and workmanship. We are extremely happy with this company and highly recommend them.

Connor Windows replaced windows in our house a few years ago. We just had them replace our double front doors including all the trim and we were very pleased with their crew. The final outcome was beautiful.

We called Connor windows and doors and Darren came out the next day to give us a quote. The quote was reasonable however the doors took a little longer than expected to arrive. Once everything arrived Darrens workers were fast, friendly and the doors and windows are beautiful. We are very happy with our purchase and the service.

Connor Windows and Doors recently installed a Model 300 Sunspace deck enclosure which has provided us with a 3 Season, bug free, weatherproof addition to our home.
The Contractor was very helpful in the planning and provided us with a thorough and cost-effective estimate for the project. His installation team was experienced and attentive to every detail in completing their quality work in just 2 ½ days.

Darren's crew was at my property from June 3-5,2024. They installed 10 windows and the unfinished trim as agreed. The windows are of good quality.

The problem was the unprofessional finishing (trim) job that was completed. The paint around the windows upstairs and the downstairs bathroom was damaged. Most of the trim corners were cracked. The cap on my kitchen faucet was broken. Darren did send his crew back out to fix the bathroom trim. When I asked Darren about a remidy for the broken faucet and the cracked corners on the trim I was met with ignorance. Darren said he was not there and was not sure how the faucet broke. He then let me know he wasn't replacing any part of the faucet that was "old". He also refused to have his crew do anything about the cracked trim.

I hope that more people don't make the mistake I did and they read the reviews on this website and the Better Business Bureau so they don't do any business with Connor Windows.

We had Dave & Tom as our installers for this project and were completely satisfied with their work.

They began their work early in the morning and at the end of the day, they all was neatly cleaned up.

The finished work was as imagined!

I called them to get a quote to replace a door. I needed the quote to get funding. He mentioned there may be a leak in siding which I said I would get a siding person to come look, note I did the siding wasnt leaking the door was. He went on and on about the siding almost arguing with me about replacing my door. I told him to get my quote asap. I waited no quote. I emailed him and he wasnt going to give me a quote until I fixed siding. Seriously? Horrible customer service. A quote would have told me what I need to get funding approved then he could have done the work after I had any leaks dealt with. Instead hebr3fused to give me a quote. Horrible salesman and to find out he was the owner made it even worse.
